• About me: After many years working in an English bank I came to Paraguay to get away from all that and teach children English in the countryside. That project lasted almost two years and after returning to England for a few months I came back to Paraguay the country I had fallen in love with to see if I could make a life for myself here. It is now almost twenty years since I first came to England and life in the countryside has given me so many opportunities to learn about this fascinating land and its people. For the past couple of years I have been sharing that knowledge with the world via my blog where everything from the culture and history to its towns and cities and my own experiences is written and recorded.
