My name is Dave and I was born in and, for the most part raised in Colorado. Eleven years ago I was lucky enough to be working at a restaurant as a waiter when my soul mate came in. Yep, I said it, I met my wife while serving her and her teammates from college lunch. It was not love a first sight, at least I do not think it was, but there was something about this girl I could not shake. I was invited by her teammates to come and watch them play our hometown team the next day. While at the game I had to look through the program to find out who this girl was. I do not remember who won or lost that game, but I learned that my mystery lady was from Sweden. Fast forward a few months and I had moved to Denver to go to school. I still remembered my mystery Swedish Queen that I had met before, but had not spoken to her again. One day while walking on campus I saw her, and she saw me. We instantly recognized each other and a friendship began. Two years later we began dating and eventually were married. We were blessed with a beautiful daughter (another Swedish Queen!) We have spent our first 11 years of marriage in the U.S.A. But the time has now come for us to move back to my wife's homeland of Sweden. This blog is my story of our new adventure. As with our first 11 years there will be times of joy and sorrow, successes and failures. This blog will be honest. There will be extreme highs and extreme lows, and I will chronicle as many of them as I can. Please share your thoughts, and insights. I love to talk with people so feel free to comment if you like. Please enjoy, and more importantly Thank You for reading. Dave
