We live in an old farmhouse built in 1834 so we have a little bit of renovating from time to time. We're working to become more self-sufficient and hope to provide all our own produce from our garden. We love to cook and also have a 100 pound Newfoundland dog who was our first child...not counting the two cats. I blog about all these things and more...lots about becoming a new parent, recipes I'm trying, things I come across that I find interesting and life in general.
