• About me: I live a life somewhere between two cultures and I'm always on some kind of adventure. I'm a former newspaper columnist and editor and have recently been approached by a publisher about a book - exciting times! Home is on the Bodrum Peninsular in Turkey where I have lived for the past 8 years and it was here that I met and married a native ‘Murat’ and became part of a large and lively Kurdish family. I write about all things from daily life in an expat area to life in the village or, trips to well trodden places and some that few expats have seen.
