• About me: My name is Martyn Thompson, I am a UK born photographer & musician. I came to the province of Almería in April 2011 and am so inspired by the diversity and beauty of the Parque Natural de Cabo de Gata where I live and the surrounding areas that I have set up a small company to run photography experiences in and around the area. My focus is on providing environmentally friendly activities and promoting sustainable tourism. I work at all levels of expertise and I have very much to offer those who would like to take part. I started my blog as a means of publicising my activities but as time has passed, I realise that I have much more to say and would like to think that people enjoy reading my articles mostly from a photography bias but also a slightly "sideways" view of life in another country.
