• About me: I’m Justine, and I’m from Orange County, California. I’ve made Barcelona my home since 2008. This is my personal blog where I share my photographs, experiences, and advice to people who are interested in Spain, particularly Barcelona. It’s also a space for those who hold a special place in their heart for Spanish culture: its welcoming people, historical and modern sights, rich traditions, and delightful Mediterranean food fare. I first came to Spain as a junior in college, studying in both Salamanca and Seville. After the year was finished, I returned to California. Spain was beckoning me again. So a few years later, I went back to Seville. This second time around, I deepened my relationship with the Iberian country, getting to know Andalusia and eventually meeting my Sevillano husband. Fast forward — I ended up in Barcelona in 2008, newly married. And now, the Mr. and I are raising our two little ones in this captivating Catalonian capital.
