I aim to be a local expert and guide to all those visiting Cebu City or are merely interested in the place, and like to mix humour and true-to-life accounts in the articles to give the blog a more genuine feel to it. • About me: I'm from London, England and now live in Cebu City, the Philippines. I moved here in 2012 on account of a job opportunity I discovered while living in the UK, and thankfully I managed to get hired for the job! Unlike many expats though I am primarily here to work and so don't spend my days sipping cocktails in a hammock, although from time to time I do get the occasional long weekend to explore other islands and have cocktails in hammocks! My interests include watching English football at irregular hours of the day, going to the gym, traveling the Philippines and watching films and American TV series'.
