• About me: Hello, I am Simon, I am English and have been living in Italy on and off for 10 years. I am involved in the hospitality business and I am currently renovating a house in southern tip of Liguria in the province of La Spezia, the house will become a Luxury All Suites bed and breakfast. My blog is about this an my experiences running it and other interesting things to do and see in the area. I am interested in cooking and gardening. The grounds of the house include an Olive grove with 200 olive tree so we will be producing our own organic olive oil. I am a member of Slow Food.
