• About me: My wife, Cynthia, and I are casualties of the Great Recession of 2008. Living at that time in Las Vegas, we abruptly lost our careers, beautiful home, and most of our savings. In 2010 we retired early to a lower cost of living in Cuenca, Ecuador. Since moving abroad we've enjoyed a blessed and fulfilling life beyond our dreams.
